SIZE AND QUALITY
Please, make sure that you are using the size charts that every product description have. Make measurements of your own used clothes so you can match the sizes to order the perfect sizes.
We can only accept returns or refunds if the product has any quality defectiveness.
DELIVERY
We can’t accept returns or refunds if the posting service or postman makes any damage to our products. In this case, you can file a complaint and request compensation from the company responsible for the delivery. If your package arrived with any kind of damage, make a record with the mailman and make photos of the package so you can file a compilant at your delivery provider.
RETURNING PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUND PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
